The floor plan of this house is unique, in that it can accommodate a max of 11 people with a section of the house which can be closed with French doors to create a separate self contained area ( to accommodate 6 people -one bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and another with 2 single beds). The bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, along with reverse cycle air conditioning in the main kitchen /dining area. This section has its own bathroom with shower & toilet, along with a kitchenette with gas stovetop, fridge, kettle, toaster etc and equipped with crockery & cutlery for 6 people. A separate balcony opens off this section with an outdoor setting.

On the same entry level, is a spacious bedroom with king bed (+ ceiling fan ), and another single bedroom (1 single bed). This area is serviced with a spacious bathroom with shower, bath & vanity, and separate toilet and well equipped laundry. The entry level also has a spacious open plan children’s play area.

Upstairs has the Main bedroom (+ ceiling fan & TV) with spa ensuite and shower. A separate toilet with hand basin is also accessible to other guests using the upstairs area. The upper level has the main sitting area with full ocean views, a comfortable dining area suitable for up to 10 people, and a large superbly equipped kitchen. Sliding doors open on to a large balcony area with BBq and outdoor setting.

Every aspect of holidaying comfort has been considered in this property with quality furnishings, fittings and fresh linen provided. A hot/cold outdoor shower for returning from the beach completes the package.
